This Privacy Policy explains how FlexiWealth LLC (“FlexiWealth,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit flexiwealthllc.com (the “Site”), call or text us, or contact us about a possible sale of your property.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, the property address, your preferred contact method, your phone number or email address, your preferred contact time (optional), anything you choose to tell us about your situation (optional), and any optional communication consents you select, together with the exact consent wording you saw and the time you submitted it.
Calls and messages. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. Calls may be answered by an automated (AI) assistant and are recorded and transcribed; you are told this at the start of the call. We use recordings and transcripts to respond to you, keep accurate records and improve our service.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, online banking or mortgage-account passwords, or financial documents.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security provider processes technical information needed to deliver the Site and block spam and abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and device information. We store a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address with form submissions to limit abuse, along with your browser type, the page you came from and any campaign codes (for example, “utm” parameters from a postcard QR code) so we know which mailers are working. The Site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Address suggestions. As you type the property address on our form, the text you have typed so far is sent through our server to Geoapify, an address lookup service, to suggest matching addresses. Geoapify does not receive your name, phone number, email or IP address from us.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and discuss a possible purchase of your property;
- To review the property using your information and public records;
- To keep records of our communications and of any consents you provide;
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and prevent spam or abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the optional text-message box on our form, FlexiWealth LLC may send you text messages about your property inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and messages about a possible purchase of your property. Consent is not a condition of submitting a request or of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers that send messages on our behalf.
Automated and AI calls
Submitting the form does not by itself authorize calls made with automated technology or a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. We make such calls only if you check the separate optional box on the form. You may revoke this consent at any time by telling us during a call, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us below. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, under appropriate agreements: Cloudflare (website hosting, data storage, spam protection and email forwarding), Divinyt (call answering, call recording and transcription, and text messaging), Google (email) and Geoapify (address suggestions on the form);
- Title companies, closing agents and attorneys involved in a transaction you choose to pursue;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for up to three years after our last contact with you, and records of communication consents for five years, then delete or de-identify them, unless a longer period is required by law or for an active transaction.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (850) 940-0959.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our records, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed.
