These Terms govern your use of flexiwealthllc.com (the “Site”), operated by FlexiWealth LLC (“FlexiWealth,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
FlexiWealth LLC is a private real estate buyer that purchases residential property for investment. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or servicer, loan modification or foreclosure-assistance service, law firm, government agency or nonprofit organization.
No advice
Information on the Site is general and for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. You should consult your own attorney, tax professional or other advisor about your situation, including before signing any agreement.
No offer or obligation
Nothing on the Site is an offer to purchase any property. Submitting a request does not create any obligation for you to sell or for us to buy. Any purchase occurs only under a written agreement signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement control.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any price, timeline, closing date, outcome, or that a purchase will be possible in your situation. Contacting us does not stop, pause or delay any foreclosure, auction or other legal proceeding. Where a purchase leaves an existing mortgage in the seller’s name, the seller is not released from that loan, and the related risks will be described in writing.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only about property you own or are authorized to discuss.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting spam, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access it without authorization.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics and the FlexiWealth name and logo, belongs to FlexiWealth LLC or its licensors. Illustrations are original artwork or used under license and do not depict properties we own or have purchased.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexiWealth LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under a written purchase agreement or under laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Brevard County, Florida.
Calls and text messages
Calls to our number may be answered by an automated (AI) assistant and are recorded and transcribed. Text messages are sent only to people who opted in; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
